Monty Python showed us the full potential of a military joke, however this one is much safer.

According to this article at New Scientist, this is the funniest joke in the world. The WORLD, mind you. This takes into account the difference in cultures, of what is funny.

And now. . . The Joke.

A couple of New Jersey hunters are out in the woods when one of them falls to the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing, his eyes are rolled back in his head. The other guy whips out his cell phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps to the operator: "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator, in a calm soothing voice, says: "Just take it easy. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a shot is heard. The guy's voice comes back on the line. He says: "OK, now what?"

I found this on Boing Boing. It is a first-hand account of the protests in Portland Oregon (my home town) when the Prez showed up for a Republican fund raising event.

My theory was correct, both sides should go sit in the corner.

Found this site. Funny thing is it is called Found Magazine. It is interesting, humorous and many times profoundly powerful.
